We must first of all congratulate K Koushal, his team and the “Typewriter” for unearthing this huge “scam” which has remained buried for more than a decade in the bossoms of “Academics” of JK !
It is not only a matter of concern, but is shame, that inspite of clear-cut notings from the CAO for a probe into codal violations which might have been a huge bribery, all the concerned have either ignored or have sat on the initial finding giving rise to the suspicion that here in JK it used to be rot from top to bottom, as all could have been sharing the booty.
After all, why not even an internal probe was ordered has been ordered in a decade and more ?
Hats off to the team “Typewriter” !
Please keep it up.
You are the real whistle blowers !
